its that blackhole of good pens known as the MD’s pockets.
This is why I carry around a cheap pen amongst my nicer pens. Y’know, from the 99 cent pack of pens, or a pharmaceutical company pen. It’s a pen I never use except for the sheer purpose of lending it out. If I don’t get it back, no biggie, because my nice pens are still safe :)
(I have yet to come up with an equivalent idea to protect my stethoscope… for now I just stalk/watch like a hawk/hunt down the docs who borrow mine because they forgot theirs…)
